Refunds & Exchanges

**Return Policy**

At Luxe Lounge Spa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a convenient return policy.

**Eligibility**

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

1. The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

2. The item must be in resalable condition.

3. The return request must be initiated within 14 days of the date of purchase.

Please note that certain items, such as alpaca products and other products, are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.

**Return Process**

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Bring the item, along with the original receipt, to our physical store within 14 days of the purchase date.

2. Our friendly staff will inspect the item to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.

3. If the return is approved, we will process the return and provide you with a refund in accordance with our refund policy.

**Refund Policy**
Refunds for eligible returned items will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow 10 of business days for the refund to be processed and reflect on your account.

**Non-Returnable Items**
The following items are non-returnable:


1.**Damaged or Defective Items**

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please bring it back to our store within 48 hours of purchase. We will inspect the item and, if confirmed as damaged or defective, provide you with a replacement or refund, depending on product availability.

**Exchanges**

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item. Your specific business needs and any applicable local regulations.
