Exfoliating cotton pads are drenched in a super-serum blend of 2% BHAs, 10% AHAs, vitamins and soothing botanicals for clear, clean skin. BHAs unclog and deep clean congested pores of dirt and oil to treat and prevent ingrown hairs while AHAs slough away dead skin to banish KP bumps and encourage skin cell renewal. **Return Policy**

At Luxe Lounge Spa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a convenient return policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

1. The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

2. The item must be in resalable condition.

3. The return request must be initiated within 14 days of the date of purchase.

Please note that certain items, such as alpaca products and other products, are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Bring the item, along with the original receipt, to our physical store within 14 days of the purchase date.

2. Our friendly staff will inspect the item to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.

3. If the return is approved, we will process the return and provide you with a refund in accordance with our refund policy.

**Refund Policy**
Refunds for eligible returned items will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow 10 of business days for the refund to be processed and reflect on your account.
